Although example 15 has an "n" written immediately after the vowel, the nasal
sound occurs simultaneously with the Vowel. Such nasal or nasalized Vowe]si̅nornlally
]engthen the vowel they accompany. Consequently, example 15 wou]d ]inguistica]ly
nornla]]y be written gö̲ö̲. Similarly, nasa]ized fa]ling tones such as those citedin
examples 5 and 6 , linguistica]ly wou]d be written gaa and ga̲a .
