Many of the clause connectives discussed i n 7.9 convey a second m ajor meani ng
---- "accordi ng to" or ''i n k eeping with"or "based on."Context detern i nes which

These clause connectives convey the idea that when the action in the first clause
was about to" occur, or "just before" it occurred, som ethi ng else happe ned. They are
used in two types of constructions l . i n dependent clauses following a verb (nonpast)
and 2.following a verb and immediately followed by an existential, active or involuntary
verb.
a. གནམ་གྲུ་འཕུར་ལ་ཁར་སྐྱོན་ཤོར་སོང་། airpla

b. ཁོ་མགྲོན་ཁང་ནས་ཐོན་ ་ལ་ཁད་ལ་ཁ་པར་འབྱོར་སོང་།
